01Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ddt88 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the ddt88 online gaming platform accessible at ddt88.app and all associated services, features, and content offered therein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the ddt88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close any account you may have opened.

02Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to ddt88 and participation in any real-money gaming or betting activity is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register and maintain an account on ddt88 if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ddt88 enforces this age restriction without exception across all account types and game categories.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and for your own account.
• You are using the platform voluntarily and understand that all real-money gaming involves financial risk, including the risk of losing your entire deposited balance.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether issued by ddt88 or any other platform, that would restrict your access to online gaming services.
• You are not depositing funds that are derived from illegal activities, and you are not using the platform to facilitate money laundering or other financial crimes.

03Account Registration and Security

Each eligible user may hold exactly one (1) account on ddt88. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited. ddt88 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts other than the first registered account may be closed and any associated bonuses forfeited.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid mobile phone number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification and withdrawal confirmation.
• All registration information must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
• The name on your ddt88 account must match the name registered to the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account you use for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatched names may trigger a KYC hold on withdrawals.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. ddt88 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.

Account Verification (KYC)

ddt88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before your first withdrawal or at any point that ddt88 deems necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes. Accepted documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) or Passport — for identity verification
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last 3 months) — for address verification
• Screenshot or transaction history confirming ownership of the bKash or Nagad number linked to the account — for payment method verification

04Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on ddt88 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ddt88 does not process transactions in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion. The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction, regardless of the payment method used. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ddt88, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own per-transaction limits.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ddt88 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) may take up to 6 business hours to reflect in your account.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to a person other than the registered ddt88 account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account flagged for review.
• ddt88 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the payment provider (e.g., bKash transaction fees) are separate from ddt88's services and are the responsibility of the user.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. ddt88 does not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties.
• Most bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests are processed and credited to the recipient wallet within 5 to 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 2 to 6 business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of exceptionally high platform activity.
• ddt88 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending KYC verification, anti-money-laundering checks, or fraud investigation. The hold period will not exceed 7 business days except in circumstances requiring referral to external compliance authorities.
• All funds deposited on ddt88 must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. This applies to all deposit types regardless of payment method.

05Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ddt88 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Transferring bonuses to other accounts, or claiming bonuses on behalf of another person, is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account closure.
• ddt88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled after it has been partially wagered, any winnings derived from that bonus up to the point of cancellation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Welcome bonuses are available only to new registered accounts making their first deposit. An account is considered new only if it has never previously held a balance or placed a bet on ddt88. Repeat registrations following a voluntary or involuntary account closure do not qualify for welcome bonuses.
• ddt88 reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or void any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of game outcome, exploiting software errors or miscalculated odds, or coordinating with other players to systematically drain bonus funds.

Seasonal and event-based promotions tied to cricket tournaments (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or other cultural events are offered at ddt88's discretion and are governed by their own specific terms published at the time of each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, such promotions are available to all eligible registered players with an active BDT account balance.

06Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

Users of the ddt88 platform are expected to conduct themselves honestly and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of manual human play.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, miscalculated odds, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identifying information, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing a previous account closure or suspension.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal, criminal, or fraudulent activity, regardless of the stated source of funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ddt88 staff members or other platform users through any communication channel, including the support chat system.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or account balance to any third party, whether for compensation or otherwise.

ddt88 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, ddt88 may suspend access to the account, freeze pending withdrawals, and request additional documentation. Findings of prohibited conduct will be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

07Responsible Gaming

ddt88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that for some individuals gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations to player welfare seriously. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Limits can be reduced immediately at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their life may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no deposits, bets, or logins will be processed.
• Time-Out: Players may take a short break from the platform by requesting a time-out of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During a time-out period, the account remains open but no gaming activity is permitted.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic in-session reminders showing elapsed session time and net win/loss position, to support informed decision-making during active play.

08Intellectual Property

All content on the ddt88 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of ddt88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the platform is the exclusive property of ddt88.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ddt88 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit: copying or reproducing any part of the platform; reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the platform software; or using any automated tool to extract data from the platform.

09Privacy and Data Protection

ddt88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ddt88 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmission paths on the platform. Player data is not sold to third parties and is not shared with marketing brokers. Data is retained only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Players may submit a data access or deletion request to [email protected] at any time.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ddt88 disclaims all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, ddt88 will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses sustained by you as a result of real-money gaming activity on the platform, including losses attributable to game outcomes, odds fluctuations, or interrupted sessions.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party infrastructure outages, or events outside ddt88's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, or from your use of the platform on an unsecured or shared device.

11Amendments to These Terms

ddt88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ddt88 will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the platform, no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the ddt88 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and ddt88 arising from your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. ddt88 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised, either party may escalate the matter through the appropriate legal channels available in the relevant jurisdiction.
